That shouldn’t affect the result too much because Saudi Arabia were already the overwhelming favourites. Singapore are already eliminated whilst the Saudi’s, led by two-time AFCON winning manager Herve Renard, are in pole position to finish top-of-their-group with an unbeaten start to the Group D.
