Real Madrid are the most successful club in the history of the FIFA Club World Cup having landed the trophy on four occasions. They dominated over a five-year spell from 2014, claiming all four of those successes during that period. Spanish rivals Barcelona are next on the list with three victories while Brazilian club Corinthians and German side Bayern Munich are the only other clubs to win the trophy on multiple occasions.
Seven clubs have won the tournament once with Liverpool, Sao Paulo, Internacional, AC Milan, Manchester United and Inter Milan being joined by Chelsea won landed the trophy last time out.
