THE PREDICTION

Man Utd were beaten by a 99th minute penalty away at Brighton last time out, meaning they could kick off here just one point above Liverpool should they be victorious against Brentford on Saturday. West Ham need the points in their quest to secure Premier League survival, so a tough encounter is in prospect for Erik ten Hag’s side. When factoring in the importance of what victory here would bring to Man Utd, they are expected to deploy a very attacking style of play despite being away from home. But West Ham contain plenty of pace and creativity that should see them threaten on the counter-attack, or if they are to enjoy an extended spell of possession. With that in mind, the shrewd play may be to back both teams to score in this one.

TIP: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
