TOTTENHAM TEAM NEWS: VAN DE VEN AND SOLANKE SET TO RETURN
Micky van de Ven and Dominic Solanke have both returned to training and, barring any setbacks in training, should be available for the North London Derby.
Richarlison and youngster Will Lankshear are the only confirmed absentees, while Yves Bissouma sustained a knock on international duty and may miss out.
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Sarr, Bentancur; Kulusevski, Maddison, Son; Solanke
UNAVAILABLE: Richarlison (Injured), Lankshear (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Bissouma (Injured)
ARSENAL TEAM NEWS: RICE SUSPENDED, ODEGAARD LIKELY OUT
Despite reports coming out of Norway that Martin Odegaard would be out of action for at least three weeks with the injury sustained on international duty, Mikel Arteta didn't definitively rule him out of the weekend, but Declan Rice will certainly be absent due to suspension. Kai Havertz could well drop back into midfield as a result.
Riccardo Calafiori has also picked up a niggle and needs to be checked, while Gabriel Jesus has been training and could feature in the Arsenal squad for the first time in almost a month.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Timber; Jorginho, Partey, Havertz; Saka, Trossard, Martinelli
UNAVAILABLE: Tomiyasu (Injured), Tierney (Injured), Rice (Suspended), Merino (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Calafiori (Injured), Odegaard (Injured), Jesus (Injured)
TOTTENHAM VS ARSENAL PREDICTION
In recent years, this fixture has evolved into one of the more entertaining derbies in English football, but it is one which Arsenal have generally had the better of in that time.
Spurs have been victorious in just one of the last seven meetings between the pair, but circumstances have conspired to give them a real chance of getting one over their bitter rivals here. With Declan Rice suspended and Martin Odegaard almost certainly set to miss out, the Gunners will not have as much control in the middle of the park, and could be more defensively vulnerable as a result. Should the hosts execute their gameplan correctly, they have a chance of sneaking this, or at least holding Arsenal to a draw.
TOTTENHAM VS ARSENAL TIP: DOUBLE CHANCE – TOTTENHAM OR DRAW
