Burnley will likely still be counting the cost of their huge missed opportunity at West Ham, but desperately need to respond in a match they can ill-afford not to win. Whilst Clarets are capable of finding the net particularly with home advantage being in their favour, the inability within their backline to keep clean sheets is likely to cost them once again with Southampton likely to enjoy playing with the freedom that comes with a lack of pressure on their shoulders. Expect Burnley to fight hard and fashion opportunities for themselves, but to also wind up conceding for the ninth consecutive Premier League encounter. In regards to the overall result, it really could go either way.
