THE LOWDOWN
BURNLEY
- Burnley were pegged back twice last weekend by Leicester, ultimately being forced to settle for a 2-2 draw that leaves them inside the bottom three, still without a Premier League win to their name.
- The addition of new signing Maxwel Cornet to the starting line-up made a big impact last time out as he scored Burnley’s second goal against the Foxes, although a hamstring injury will likely see him miss out here with Johann Berg Gudmundsson expected to be reinstalled back into the Burnley side.
NORWICH
- A meek 2-0 defeat away at Everton sees Norwich remain rock bottom of the Premier League with no points and on a run of 16 consecutive losses in the top flight under head coach Daniel Farke, a streak that shows no signs of ending anytime soon.
- Farke fielded five men in defence against the Toffees and will surely opt for an extra attacking player against Burnley with the likes of Kieran Dowell, Christos Tzolis and Milot Rashica all desperate for an opportunity.

THE PREDICTION
With Norwich understandably already written off by many this season in terms of surviving relegation, this is a golden opportunity for Burnley to pick up their first three points of the season in the Premier League. The Clarets showed real signs of promise against Leicester and only VAR prevented them from picking up a late winner. If Burnley can replicate their performance against the Foxes from an attacking perspective and at the same time rediscover their defensive steel that has been a focal point of their success in the top flight under Sean Dyche, then the hosts should narrowly edge out Norwich at Turf Moor, extending their miserable losing run.
Tip: BURNLEY TO WIN
