THE LOWDOWN

BRENTFORD

  • Brentford will have considered themselves extremely unlucky not to pick up at least a point last weekend against Chelsea as they were denied by the brilliance of Blues keeper Edouard Mendy, with the Bees falling to a 0-1 defeat.
  • Yoane Wissa joins Shandon Baptiste, Joshua Dasilva and Mads Sorensen on the sidelines, although midfielder Vitaly Janelt could be passed fit to feature.

LEICESTER

  • Leicester will have been buoyed by their two wins heading into this match, firstly against Man Utd in the Premier League and then against Spartak Moscow in the Europa League.
  • Brendan Rodgers has plenty of injury concerns here with both Timothy Castagne and Youri Tielemans both big doubts and Ayoze Perez ill, whilst Wilfred Ndidi, James Justin and Wesley Fofana are already ruled out.

THE PREDICTION

The last time Brentford faced a side coming off the back of Europa League action, they successfully beat West Ham and the Bees will be confident of another positive result at home to Leicester. However, the Foxes have shown signs of getting back to their best particularly going forward. Brentford though, with home advantage in their favour represent stiff opposition having lost just two league games so far this season. With that in mind, backing Brentford via the draw no bet market appears to be a shrewd move.

Tip: BRENTFORD DRAW NO BET
