THE LOWDOWN
BRIGHTON
- After trailing Burnley by a goal to nil at half-time last weekend, Brighton turned things around in the second half to triumph 1-2, a fantastic result for the Seagulls at Turf Moor, which they’ll be looking to back up here in front of their own fans.
- Head coach Graham Potter has a tendency to rotate his team on a match-to-match basis and the likes of Jakub Moder, Adam Lallana and Alexis Mac Allister are three players all pushing for starts, although defender Dan Burn is out injured.
WATFORD
- Watford proved many people wrong as they shocked Aston Villa in their opening Premier League match of the campaign following promotion last season, winning 3-2 at Vicarage Road with goals from Emmanuel Bonaventure, Ismaila Sarr and Cucho Hernandez.
- Central midfielder Juraj Kucka, who started against Villa, is a doubt for this one with a minor thigh injury and Dan Gosling could be afforded a start should Kucka not be passed fit to play.

THE PREDICTION
These two sides lock horns with both full of confidence following victories in their first league game. Brighton’s comeback over Burnley is a testament to the physical condition of the Seagulls and the smart coaching of Graham Potter, however Watford represent an entirely different test with the onus on the hosts to break the Hornets down, whilst keeping a lid on the likes of Ismaila Sarr. A close contest is on the cards, but ultimately the quality of Brighton may just see them edge out the newly promoted Watford, so consider the home team draw no bet.
Tip: BRIGHTON DRAW NO BET
