THE PREDICTION

Defeat away at Crystal Palace made it eight Premier League games without a win for Wolves. A lack of cutting edge in-front of goal has proven a big issue for Nuno Espirito Santo’s men, who have failed to score in their last two matches. Here they host Arsenal, who are coming off the back of a 0-0 draw vs Man Utd at the Emirates Stadium. In contrast to Wolves, the Gunners are in good league form having not lost in their last seven league games, winning five of those. With Wolves winning the reverse fixture in North London, a close contest is expected here. Whilst the hosts will likely set up with a view to making it difficult for Arsenal to break them down, it is expected that Wolves will once again struggle when it comes to putting the ball in the net themselves. Therefore, under 2.5 goals scored over the course of this match looks the smart play.
