THE PREDICTION

Despite having already been officially relegated, Sheffield Utd proved that they aren’t willing to end the season with a whimper, as they secured a hard fought 1-0 victory over Brighton thanks to a goal from striker David McGoldrick. The Blades will be hoping to take a bigger scalp this weekend as they travel to Tottenham. Defeat for Spurs in the Carabao Cup final at the hands of Man City last Sunday means their wait for a major trophy which stretches back to 2008 continues. Interim boss Ryan Mason and his side must now turn their attention back to Premier League action as they look for three points that would keep them in the hunt for a top four finish. Whilst the visitors won’t make it easy for them, Tottenham with the likes of Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son and Gareth Bale at their disposal should ultimately overwhelm bottom-placed Sheffield Utd over the course of 90 minutes and lead the hosts to a comfortable victory by at least two clear goals.

Tip: TOTTENHAM TO WIN WITH -1.5 HANDICAP
