THE PREDICTION
Southampton and Wolves lock horns for the second time in three days, after the two sides battled it out at Molineux this past Thursday night in the FA Cup fifth round. Here they meet on the South Coast in Premier League action and Southampton will desperate to end a run of five straight Premier League defeats. They won’t find it easy against a side whom they have beaten just once in their last five Premier League games against each other since 2018. Games between the two teams at St Mary’s have traditionally been full of goals with nine scored over the course of the previous two fixtures involving the two clubs at the home of the Saints. In terms of the outcome here though, Wolves have shown signs of a revival after a poor run of results, having picked up four points from their last two league games and are worth favouring draw no bet in this match.
