THE PREDICTION
Both sides have had abysmal starts to their respected campaigns, neither able to amass even a single point. This may have been expected with newly-promoted Fulham, but it has come as a bit of a shock in regard to Sheffield United, who surprised many with their impressive first season back in the Premier League. Second-season syndrome perhaps? The bottom two clubs have in fact played the exact same teams so far and, although Fulham have managed to at least score three goals, compared to Sheff United’s one, Chris Wilders men have looked the superior side, losing by just a one-goal margin three out of the four games. Fulham, on the other hand, have conceded 11 goals already this season, averaging at 2.8 goals a game. With Fulham's leaky defence and a potential debut for Sheffield's record signing Rhian Brewster, a goal or two from the Blades is a real prospect, but don’t expect them to run riot. It could still be a close, yet low-scoring game, at under 2.5 goals scored.
