Leeds Utd vs Aston Villa is a fixture that has been recently associated with some serious spice both on and off the field going back to their battles in the Championship. It’s been a contest that Leeds have had the better off under Marcelo Bielsa’s stewardship, with two wins and a draw so far in the three league matches between Bielsa and Smith. Leeds are coming off the back of a comfortable 3-0 triumph over Southampton this past Tuesday, whilst Aston Villa have benefitted from two days of extra rest heading into this match. This could prove a factor here considering how much energy Leeds put into a single match. The key to this contest however, is likely to be the fitness of influential Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish. The England international is expected to miss this match through injury and his absence would prove a huge blow for the visitors. With Dean Smith’s attack potentially blunted by Grealish’s absence, Leeds may well be set to capitalise and should be favoured draw no bet.
