THE PREDICTION

With the likes of West Ham and Everton dropping points at the weekend, an opening may just be appearing for Arsenal to sneak into a European place next season providing they can win their final two Premier League games of the season. The first of those matches takes place at Selhurst Park against a Crystal Palace side off the back of 3-2 win over Aston Villa this past Sunday. Arsenal meanwhile, did not play last weekend and have the benefit of a full week’s rest, which may have a major impact on this encounter with a question mark over the physical condition of Crystal Palace, who have just two days of preparation for this match. The Gunners are excellent form domestically, winning their last three Premier League fixtures and coming off the back of a fantastic 0-1 victory over Chelsea, Mikel Arteta’s men should be able to take advantage of their extended rest and utilise their bigger squad to overcome the Eagles, taking their European fight to the final weekend of the season depending on results elsewhere.

Tip: ARSENAL TO WIN
