THE PREDICTION

Both sides have had an average start to the season, with Chelsea’s lucky 3-3 draw against West Brom, after going 3-0 down, their biggest downfall thus far. One thing Lampard’s men have impressed with, however, is scoring goals, averaging 2.5 goals per game this season, and with the potential return of Christian Pulisic and debut for Hakim Ziyech, it can be expected to see plenty of goals fly in. In regards to goals going the other way, Chelsea have conceded in three out of their four matches played, and sometimes it only takes one attempt for Danny Ings to punish sides, so look out for a potential goal from him. Despite this, Chelsea are the far superior side on paper, and should take all three points, so a Chelsea win, BTTS and over 2.5 goals is tempting.
