THE PREDICTION
Two sides in good form collide here at Turf Moor. Burnley are coming off the back of ending Liverpool’s 68-game unbeaten run at home after a terrific 0-1 triumph at Anfield. Aston Villa meanwhile, made light work of Newcastle this past Saturday, beating the Magpies 2-0 at Villa Park. A close contest is expected here, with both sides very strong defensively having 16 clean sheets between them in the Premier League so far this season. Burnley will make things difficult for Villa’s attacking players such as Jack Grealish and Ross Barkley, relentless pressing and imposing their physicality on the two midfielders. Whilst under 2.5 goals scored are expected for what would be the sixth Premier League game in a row featuring Burnley, Dean Smith’s side may have to settle for a point away from home in this one.
