THE PREDICTION

West Brom could find themselves relegated before they even kick off on Sunday evening away to Arsenal should results not go their way. Sam Allardyce’s side were unable to force victory against local rivals Wolves in the Black Country Derby last Monday, drawing 1-1 after falling behind on the stroke of half time. Arsenal are coming off the back of their Europa League semi-final second leg vs Villarreal only three days prior to this match and question marks may lie over the physical condition of Mikel Arteta’s squad. However, Arsenal do contain a respectable amount of strength in depth as proved by their comfortable 0-2 victory last weekend over Newcastle, just three days following the first leg in Spain. That strength in depth should come to the fore here and lead Arsenal to another three points against the side they beat 0-4 at the Hawthorns back in early January.
