Consecutive league wins may represent Norwich turning a corner in terms of their fortunes. Both wins did come at Carrow Road though and a trip to the Stadium of Light to face in-form Sunderland may be their stiffest challenge yet. However, the hosts have been rocked late this week by the expected departure of manager Alex Neil, who appears set to join fellow Championship side Stoke and how that affects them here remains to be seen. The Canaries shouldn’t be phased by the newly promoted Black Cats, especially with the likes of Teemu Pukki to call upon going forward. However, Sunderland are an excellent side offensively in their own right with Ross Stewart and Ellis Simms establishing a formidable forward partnership.
