THE PREDICTION
Watford were pegged back by Middlesbrough on Easter Monday and forced to settle for a 1-1 draw at the Riverside Stadium. The Hornets however, remain nine points clear in second-place and in one of the pole positions to secure an immediate return to the Premier League. With 19 points accrued from the last 21 available to them and a squad strong enough to handle the demands physically at this stage of the season, Watford will prove an extremely difficult prospect for Reading. Whilst the Royals sit just inside the playoff places, their recent away form has been poor picking up just two points from their last three matches on the road. Watford at Vicarage Road is an assignment that looks beyond him when taking into account the quality of Xisco Munoz’s side and the hosts are to be favoured for victory here.
