THE PREDICTION
Steve Cooper hinting that he may look to rest players in this match ahead of the upcoming playoffs will have been music to Wayne Rooney’s ears, with his Derby side having lost their last five Championship games. The Rams have slid to 21st-placed and sit just four points above Rotherham, who have a game in hand. If results go their way however, a win for Derby in South Wales could see them safe and they must find a way to overturn their horrendous recent run of form. Swansea however, have much bigger fish to fry and it’s clear that this match sits low on their list of priorities. Therefore, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Derby were to clinch at least a point with Rooney’s men fighting for their Championship lives, so consider backing the visitors double chance.
