THE PREDICTION
Bournemouth sit second in the Championship following a 0-4 thrashing of Barnsley last Friday night, but here face one of their toughest challenge of the season so far, as they travel to fourth placed Swansea. Steve Cooper’s men have lost just one of their eight home league matches so far this season and have proven themselves as defensively solid, conceding just four goals at the Liberty Stadium. It could prove a battle of attack vs defence against the free scoring Cherries, who have netted 17 goals in their last six games, scoring at least twice in each of those fixtures. Ultimately defensive injuries could prove costly for Swansea here, with major doubts over key players such as Ryan Bennett and Marc Guehi. Bournemouth meanwhile, boast some serious strength-in-depth within their squad and may be set to capitalise by picking up a crucial three points in South Wales.
