THE PREDICTION

Bottom of the table Sheffield Wednesday lost out in one Yorkshire derby in midweek against Huddersfield and face another one here in Barnsley, with manager Tony Pulis yet to pick up a win since taking over the reins at the Owls. With home advantage here, Wednesday need to try something different, but Barnsley will prove difficult opposition, with the Tykes playing three central defenders to counter the expected aerial bombardment you’d expect from a Tony Pulis side. With all of Pulis’ attackers seemingly out of form, this could see Wednesday drawing a blank and lead to the visitors taking full advantage, so consider Barnsley double chance.
