THE PREDICTION
Derby County’s renaissance under Wayne Rooney’s temporary stewardship continued in midweek with an impressive 2-0 win over high flying Swansea. The Rams are now unbeaten in six Championship matches and are proving a very difficult side to beat. They travel to Rotherham, who suffered heartbreak in their most recent fixture, losing 2-1 away to Blackburn courtesy of a 98th minute winning goal from the hosts. The mental consequences of such a late sucker punch may well have hit the Millers hard and Derby will no doubt be smelling blood heading into this match. Of those six unbeaten matches, Rooney’s men have drawn four of them and another tie looks likely here, with Rotherham a tougher outfit to beat at home.
