THE PREDICTION
Reading fell to their second league defeat in succession as injury absences took their toll on the Royals in midweek, ultimately seeing them fall to a 0-3 loss against Preston. They must pick themselves back up and go again vs Stoke, who suffered a 3-2 defeat away to Watford after the Potters were stung by a last-minute winner from the Hornets. Michael O’Neill’s side will travel to Reading confident though and with the hosts still counting the cost of injuries to key players such as influential central defender Liam Moore and Stoke are well placed to pick up at least a point here.
