Sheffield Wednesday shocked everyone on Easter Monday as Darren Moore’s team perhaps finally showed what they are capable of when you consider the seasoned Championship veterans within their squad. The 23rd-placed Owls thrashed Cardiff 5-0, bringing themselves to within seven points of Birmingham in that all-important 21st-spot. The big question is whether they can back this result up against QPR. Confidence is a trait not to be underrated and with Sheffield Wednesday fighting for their Championship lives, they are expected to outlast the hosts over the 90 minutes in terms of energy and commitment.
