THE PREDICTION
Millwall’s great form continued in midweek with a comfortable 2-0 victory over 23rd-placed Birmingham. Gary Rowett’s side have now won their last games and are unbeaten in seven Championship fixtures. They have a golden opportunity to extend that run here at home to 24th-placed Wycombe. The Chairboys suffered heartbreak last time out after losing 1-2 at home to Derby courtesy of a 94th minute winner from the Rams. It’s difficult to imagine how Gareth Ainsworth can pick his team up from such a demoralising defeat against a Millwall outfit full of confidence and already having beaten Wycombe once this season. With that in mind, the home side has to be favoured here, despite missing a couple of key players such as defender Jake Cooper and forward Kenneth Zohore due to injury.
