THE PREDICTION
Defeat away to Reading last time out extended Blackburn’s winless run to seven matches, with Tony Mowbray’s side earning just one point over the course of those fixtures. Their opponents here Millwall will be looking to make it a North West double after beating Preston 2-1 in midweek. Gary Rowett’s men have now lost just once in their last 11 Championship games and this bodes well for them against a side desperately low on confidence, under a manager who clearly doesn’t know his best team. With home advantage in their favour, and Blackburn being forced to undertake their second long away trip in less than a week, a fresher Millwall should be able to capitalise on the visitors’ low confidence and expected fatigue by picking up victory at the Den.
