THE PREDICTION

Luton are showing signs of ending the season strongly and their latest victory was one of their most impressive of the season, having come back from 2-0 down to beat Bristol City 2-3 at Ashton Gate. Here they return home to face Middlesbrough, who come into this one off the back of successive victories. Luton know a win here would see them draw level on points from Neil Warnock’s and this is likely to see them take the game to the Teesiders with home advantage in their favour. However, this could lead to the visitors being afforded opportunities of their own on the counter attack and when considering that Middlesbrough have scored six goals over the course of their last three league games and Luton seven in their last four, both teams to score looks very much on the cards.
