THE PREDICTION

Coventry are coming off the back of an absolutely crucial win over Bristol City with has provided vital breathing space between themselves and the bottom three as they now sit seven points above 22nd-placed Rotherham, albeit having played four games more. Meanwhile, Bournemouth secured an important win themselves last time out, their fourth Championship victory in succession as they comfortably downed Blackburn 0-2 at Ewood Park. However, the Cherries cannot afford to slow down as they currently sit just outside the playoff places and must back these recent positive results up with another three points against the Sky Blues. Whilst Coventry may be on a high and full of confidence following after their Easter Monday success, Bournemouth represent a much sterner challenge and the hosts will no doubt be extremely motivated headed into this one as they look to break back into the top six. Ultimately, the superior strength in depth of Bournemouth is expected to overwhelm Coventry, with a home win on the cards in this one.
