THE PREDICTION
Blackburn’s consistency has prevented them from mounting a sustained playoff push so far this season and Tony Mowbray’s men suffered a disappointing exit from the FA Cup last weekend at the hands of League One side Doncaster. Stoke also lost out in the FA Cup third round, although their defeat was at the hands of Premier League side Leicester. A close contest is expected here between two good sides and with four of Stoke’s last six Championship matches finishing level, it would be no surprise if this one also finishes as a draw.
