Go Ahead Eagles finished in second place of the Eerste Divisie last season to qualify for automatic promotion to the Eredivisie after a four-year absence. They carry a five-match winning streak into the new campaign and have a welcome home fixture to start the new campaign off with a bang in front of joyous returning fans. It could be a tough ask though as travelling Heerenveen have not lost this fixture since 1995, unbeaten as they are in the last nine meetings. The visitors will be hoping for a more consistent season this time around after a largely frustrating campaign in the last but they should be able to take at least a point here and double chance in favour of them looks a good, cautious option.
