THE PREDICTION
Utrecht ended the regular season with a creditable 1-1 draw at home to PSV to make it six matches unbeaten in the Eredivisie and just one loss in nine. They host a Groningen side in almost exactly the opposite form coming into this play-off match with the visitors registering just two wins from their last 10 league games, although both of those came away from home. Regular season form goes out the window a little here, though, with this knockout game looking incredibly tight to call. Both league meetings this season ended as stalemates and that makes draw no bet in favour of the hosts a good bedrock here. You could add less than 2.5 goals scored between two sides who have struggled to score goals consistently but it would be a risk.
