Groningen come into this game on the back of an impressive away win at AZ Alkmaar with the only blight being the red card to Mohamed El Hankouri meaning the perennial substitute will be suspended for this game. That win backed up a home win against Willem and means the home side have realistic ambitions to qualify for Europe next season. Their opponents this weekend are extremely unpredictable.
