Los Angeles produced a great display to defeat Mexican outfit Cruz Azul and that 2-1 success was enough for them to advance to the last four of the CONCACAF Champions League. They face another difficult challenge as they take on America, although their opponents come into this on the back of three successive defeats after they were beaten in their second leg against Atlanta United during the week but they still progressed comfortably on aggregate.
