THE PREDICTION
Atletico Goianiense come into this on the back of a really frustrating start to the 2022 Serie A season. They have drawn three and lost one of their opening four matches but their most recent outing was a 3-2 win at home to Defensa y Justicia in the group stages of the Copa Sudamericana during the midweek. They now come up against a Goias side that come into this on the back of their own poor start. Following promotion last season, they have drawn two and lost two of their opening four. These are two evenly matched sides that remain winless and a draw, therefore, would appear the likeliest outcome for this one.
