Mechelen’s 2020/21 season was all over the place throughout but they eventually came good to reach the play-off round and it seems like they took that form straight into the new campaign. A 3-2 victory at home to last season’s runners-up Antwerp is mightily impressive and in keeping with many of their big-scoring results last year.
