THE PREDICTION
Gent’s grabbed their second win of the new season with a 0-1 win away at Rigas FS in the Europa Conference League to progress on to the final round of qualifying. However, they are without a win in the Belgian Pro League so far after three matches and sit second-from-bottom. Juggling Europe and the league already looks like a challenge that they must quickly figure out with Mechelen travelling in desperate need of a positive result themselves. After a brilliant 3-2 win over Antwerp on the opening day of the season they have lost back-to-back matches to RFC Seraing and AS Eupen to dissipate all that energy.
