THE PREDICTION
One point from two Belgian Pro League matches so far makes for grim reading at Anderlecht, especially as they lost their opening match at Lotto Park to newly-promoted Union Saint-Gilloise. Now they face another new side in RFC Seraing who came up through the relegation play-offs and a loss here would be deeply embarrassing for Vincent Kompany’s side. Anderlecht did play well in the Europa Conference League qualifier against Laci on Thursday night to go 3-0 up in that double-header but they must take all three points here to save face in the league. RFC Seraing lost their first match back in the top flight this century to Kortrijk but a 1-0 win at home to Mechelen last Saturday was mightily encouraging. The two promoted sides look competitive again this season and this match looks like it has an upset in it. Draw no bet in favour of the hosts should cover for a potential draw but it would not be hugely surprising to see the away side leave victorious.
