THE PREDICTION
Macarthur suffered a second straight defeat last week as they were beaten by in-form Adelaide United but this is the perfect chance for them to respond as they take on Newcastle Jets. With no win in their last eight, it has been a dreadful run for Newcastle but they did at least manage to avoid an eighth straight defeat as they played out a draw with Perth Glory earlier in the week. They will be buoyed by that but Macarthur can bring them right back down to earth in this one.
