THE PREDICTION
This should be an entertaining and intriguing encounter at the top end of the Western Conference. Los Angeles Galaxy, under the management of Greg Vanney, have been inconsistent at the start of the 2022 campaign. Galaxy were hammered 3-0 by Houston Dynamo last weekend and they are now winless in their last three matches with one win in five in MLS. That run does include a 1-0 victory against Austin. The Texans, in just their second season as a franchise, have been very impressive with seven wins, three draws and three defeats in their opening 13 matches. LA Galaxy have scored just four goals at home, whilst Austin have managed seven on the road. Given that, under 2.5 goals appears likely for this one.
