Dallas come into the 2021 season on the back of a 2020 season that saw them reach the playoffs with the second-best defensive record in the Western Conference but only three teams scored fewer goals. The coach remains the same and there hasn’t been much playing staff upheaval. They start the campaign against a Colorado Rapids side that have also not seen much change to their squad or coaching staff. Given that both sides come into the season well-known to the opposition and, given Dallas’ defensive record, it could be a tight match. Therefore, under 2.5 goals would be a reasonable bet.
