A 1-0 win over Columbus last weekend got New England Revolution back on track after a draw and a loss in their previous two matches. The Revs had begun well before a minor blip which did continue their low-scoring theme - that was just their seventh goal of the season in six matches; but they have collected 11 points. They come up against a New York Red Bulls side that fell to a 1-0 loss against a potential revitalised and rejuvenated Philadelphia Union in which Dru Yearwood was sent off in stoppage time of the second-half so he will be unavailable for this one. The Jersey-based franchise have had a fairly poor start to the season with two wins and three defeats in their five matches with those two wins coming against Toronto and Chicago; two of the worst sides this season. Given that, the home team will be confident of another fine-margin victory.
