Houston Dynamo have won three of their opening four home matches whilst Portland have won and lost three of their opening four on the road. The home team come into this on the back of a 1-1 draw away to Los Angeles at the weekend which does mean they have won just one of their last four matches whilst Portland defeated Sporting KC to make it three wins in four for themselves since eliminated from the CONCACAF Champions League.
