Cincinnati’s injury-time to defeat to Minnesota United over the weekend heaped yet more pressure on head coach Jaap Stam with his side now sitting bottom of the Eastern Conference. They have lost six of their last seven games and even their home form – which was their saving grace at one point – appears to have deserted them. It does not get any easier for them here as they entertain a side who went top of the division after their 4-0 win over Colorado Rapids last time out. The visitors may have only won one of their last five away games but that record should improve against this beleaguered Cincinnati outfit so a Sporting KC win looks on the cards.
