THE PREDICTION
Sporting KC’s midweek defeat to Dallas saw their three-game winning run come to an end but they remain just a point below Seattle Sounders and Portland Timbers at the top of the Western Conference. They face an improved Chicago Fire team here though, with the hosts having lost just once in their last five MLS matches following a poor start to the season. The Fire also benefitted from a free midweek as their scheduled fixture was postponed due to Minnesota United returning some positive COVID-19 tests and they could benefit from some fresher legs here.
