Granada’s impressive first season back into the top-flight last year has been built upon in an equally impressive manner. European football with a small squad hasn’t been overly impacting their form as they remain in contention for Europe again. However, there have been poor runs of form and poor results that will not be acceptable all the time. They come up against an irritating Barcelona team. They don’t play well or cohesively going forward and they continually allow chances, good chances, on goal. However, due to the sheer quality of their squad, they not only get away with it but they can build something special and unique out of nothing. Defeat is never far away and conceding goals is never far away but when you have Leo Messi, anything seems possible. Over 2.5 goals seems a reasonable bet for this.
