Three Scottish Cup semi-finalists owe a huge thanks to St. Johnstone, after the Saints knocked out SPL champions elect Rangers via a penalty shootout following a dramatic extra time equaliser in the 122nd minute. With both Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic now out of the competition, an incredible opportunity awaits for the four teams remaining. A similarly tight encounter is expected between St. Mirren and St. Johnstone in this semi-final with just a point between the two sides in SPL table.
