THE PREDICTION
With four wins and 13 points accrued from their six Group C games, Wydad Casablanca head into the CAF Champions League quarter-finals as group winners and in confident mood as they travel to MC Alger in this first leg encounter. The Algerian side finished second-place in Group D with nine points, however like Wydad Casablanca they only suffered one defeat over the course of their six group matches. With that in mind, a tight affair could be in prospect here with both defensives having proven themselves as very strong. Whilst the hosts conceded just four goals in Group D, Wydad’s defence went even better by only allowing one goal past them, accruing five clean sheets.
