Fabian Marozsan vs Kyrian Jacquet prediction

Fabian Marozsan came from a set down to beat Taro Daniel in a tight match at the Hangzhou Open. The Hungarian was not broken on serve in sets two and three as he won 6-7 (2) 7-5 7-6 (1) after two hours and 39 minutes. Marozsan began his campaign with a far more comfortable victory over Alex Bolt in the first-round. His best 2026 results have been semi-finals in Auckland, Bucharest and Mallorca, and he is one match away from a fourth of the campaign.

He now plays Kyrian Jacquet. The Frenchman is enjoying his best ATP Tour run of the season. He advanced to the quarter-finals after a straight sets win over third seed Tomas Martin Etcheverry. Jacquet was largely untroubled, winning 6-2 6-3. His biggest title success of 2026 came at the Manama Challenger, where he beat Luca Nardi in the final.

Jacquet has impressed so far this week, but Marozsan possesses greater pedigree at this level and is the favourite to come out on top.
