Ethan Quinn vs Alejandro Davidovich Fokina prediction

Ethan Quinn comfortably got past Nuno Borges in straight sets to advance to his first final on the ATP Tour at the Mallorca Championships. Quinn produced his best result of the week so far, not even facing a break point across the match as he thrashed the Portuguese 6-1 6-2. 

He will now take on Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the final. The Spaniard progressed after a battling win over Fabian Marozsan. Davidovich Fokina went behind after being broken on serve late in the first set, but he responded to win 5-7 6-2 6-4. 

This is a brilliant opportunity for the second seed to finally win his first tour-level event, after five defeats in previous finals. However, Quinn has produced a very high level of tennis this week, and his aggressive style has translated well to grass. This could come down to who handles the occasion better, with both players chasing their first title. Davidovich Fokina will be under a lot of pressure to deliver.
